This was a phenomenal first time office visit from the moment I stepped through the door! Check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was seen quickly and on time. X-rays went quickly as well. Then I got to see Dr. Jillian first thing - most offices have your exam with the dentist after your cleaning but I got to meet with her right away. She was so warm, knowledgeable and thorough with both her exam and findings/recommendations. Then my very patient healthcare coordinator came in and explained the costs associated with the treatments being recommended. He verified which treatments would be best to knock out during my current visit and which ones could wait til my next visit. Each recommended treatment was itemized so everything felt very transparent. Once I decided which treatments to move forward with, my dental hygienist Brandi came in and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. There was no pain or soreness and she was extremely meticulous. As someone who had a really bad experience at Tend a couple years ago, I am so grateful to find a new dentist office that was filled with kind, honest, and extremely professional individuals. Never thought I’d be looking forward to my next teeth cleaning in 6 months but I definitely am!

Nai assisted me with adjusting my new night guard. She was very quick and easy to communicate with. The front desk is always helpful and kind, I rarely wait on the line when I call. And they have a emergency line where I can make last min appointments and cancel exciting if needed. I have had emergency visit to this office numerous times. They are helpful and kind. I really appreciate my experience with Dr. Rev and the entire staff. When you are in pain and in need around dental issues it is key to have a good experience from making appointments to getting work done. I have past dental trauma and these new experiences have me feeling safe again. Thank you North Decatur Dentistry for changing how I feel about the Dentist.
